Help Please

Can anyone tell me how I can stop all my posts going to my email address I went in this morning and I had over 200 of my posts in there from here.

In your profile there should be a box where it sais something like email notifications to you posts or topics, or when you post something check the dont send email replies . Something like that any way

Thank you for trying to help Enigma..but that doesn't work. Under each post is a .Watch this topic for replies or Stop watching this topic If you have it on WATCH THIS TOPIC FOR REPLIESyou won't get them in your emails.

Hi Pat 4. Nice to meet you. I am having the opposite problem with my replies. I don't receive any,no matter what I do. So there seems to be a problem with this section of the forum. Strange isn't ? Good luck any way. I hope you get it straightened out. I wonder if logging in and out would make a difference. That is something I have not tried yet. But I guess I will leave it as things are for now. Hope you enjoy the forum. It is a great place to be.

Fran I sent you a pm hun telling you how to get the emails.
When you reply to any topic top right hand corner above the box you are replying in is a WATCH THIS TOPIC FOR REPLIES ..if you DON'T click on that you won't get replies in your email box.So if you want replies look up there when you go to post and click on WATCH THIS TOPIC ,then you get a reply.

I can see it but Ive never clicked on it so why am I getting all these emails Im sorry if Im acting thick.

In my email tonight Ive lots of replies again.

Hi Pat, if you enlarge the picture you will see, at the lower right hand side, the message "watch this topic for replies". If that message is left you will not recieve a e.mail. Now I know this sounds double dutch, but if you click that it will say "stop recieving repies for this topic", and then you will get notified via e.mail of any reply made by other members. The option is yours to make. Please note that you will need to make this decision on each different topic. Hope that makes things a little clearer

Sorry to hear this Pat, if I remember correctly you get a choice in the e.mail to either keep the setting or not. Try that and if that doesn't work get back to me please
