Towering Inferno

Isn't that dreadful news about the fire in the towerblock in central London? It started about 1am and when you look at it on telly burning overnight it is like a scene straight out of the Movie, Towering Inferno. It is dreadful and I fear the death toll will be so much higher than the 6 they are quoting just now. So far a couple of folks have said the fire started on the 4th floor when a fridge exploded. This has NOT been confirmed yet. How much more are the people of London going to have to suffer? I feel for them I really do. And I DO hope it was just a tragic accident and not what I thought when I turned my TV on this morning. God Bless all those affected by this fire.

I have just seen this on yahoo and it's dreadful.Those towerr blocks should have been pull down years ago.

My thoughts go out to all who are involved and as Sabbi said how much more can London take.

Awful news. It's hard to contemplate the terror that must have been felt by people trapped.

Yet another dreadful tragedy on a massive scale situated only 45 minutes down the road from where I live in West London myself...My heart goes out to everyone involved and all of the dead who have been found and are still being found to this day
